Used to love this place, there are a lot of places you can go without having to Wait so long or bullied.. The techs are wonderful, the customer service is the opposite. They even admitted they are Unprepared, rude and gossipy. It was So disappointing today.. I Watched them and heard them talking about me because I had questions about my treatment and insurance coverage. And Just so you know; people are not stupid, they hear and see everything. Especially if you’re dumb enough to leave the window open on the opposite side of the waiting room.. trinity was one of them and about anything, especially if she admits that she only been there a few days…. Shame on all of you front desk! This is in the last time I come there.

I went today 18/12/2023. I had to have a detailed cat scan. I unfortunately have a fear of machines but I was so cared for through my nerves The wonderful receptionist was so kind ( I didn’t ask her name wish I had) Lovely lady Tonya did my scan and I don’t think I have been so relaxed as she made me feel. Super experience and thanks to you both 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Jacqueline L

I had an MRI of my neck and low back this morning. The Healthcare workers were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facility was clean, bright, and comfortable. I am not sure what made the difference, but this was the best imaging experience that I have had.

Prior to my appointment I received a call on my appt in regards to insurance from a wonderful lady named Lacey. Her customer service and a pleasant attitude was awesome throughout the process. I walked in to a clean, professional environment, got my test done and walked out with disc in hand. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!!! From the front desk staff to the technicians in the back they were professional, courteous, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I will be back for all my diagnostic needs.

a week ago I had my very first ever mammogram, I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous. Turned out to be a piece of cake and not painful at all. Amber was my tech and did a great job, she was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and even gave me a heads up when to expect pressure or might feel some discomfort which I had none at all and I greatly appreciated that. Thank you Amber and BOWES imaging for a great 1st time experience with a mammogram testing.

I went to BIC this morning to have my mammogram, I was impressed by Amber, how detailed she was doing my exam. It was amazing! I recommend, very professional and caring.

Absolute disorganized place. In 2021 I needed a x-Ray. Insurance approved it, doc sent script. BIC said for a week “we don’t have the script”. Then they found it and did finally the X-ray. The doctors office then tried to get the image for weeks and BIC finally said “we can’t find it”. Now I have a script for a MRI (Aug-2), Insurance approved it Aug 4th. BIC today (Aug 8) told me they have nothing. This is not acceptable! Avoid this place and got to the one in Sarasota, they are professionals.

I just had my first ever appointment for an x-ray of my hand. I called this morning for an appointment and got in at 11:30 AM. The check in process was smooth and quick. I was called within 10 minutes of my appointment time and only waited another five minutes for the x-ray tech. She was quick, efficient and professional. I would definitely use Bowes Imaging again. The office was easy to find with plenty of parking. It was very clean in all the areas that I saw.
